White-Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

For some reason, during class today, I thought that the combination of white-chocolate and cranberries would be delicious in a cookie. So, I came home from school and tried it out.

I think they turned out pretty good. So, I thought I'd share the recipe with you lovelies.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tbl. vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup of sour cream
Dried cranberries
White chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 F. Grease cookie sheets.
2. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until blended.
4. Beat in the vanilla, egg, and yolk until light. Mix in sifted ingredients.
5. Stir in white-chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
6. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
Tips:
Use plain Greek Yogurt instead of sour cream. It's a lot healthier, and tastes exactly the same.
Enjoy!
